Finalize all sponsor letters- 2 ½ hours
Proof all outgoing Emails- 1 ½ hours
Research venues/sponsors- 2 hours
Spring Event Venue- 3 hours
Social Media Posts- ½ hour

Business Sponsor Cold Calls- 2 hours
Volunteer Sign Up- ½ hour
PPD Grant (501c3 paperwork)- 1 ½ hours
Whole Foods Donation- 1 hour
Bake Sale Decorations (shopping/making)- 2 hours

Bake Cupcakes- 2 ½ hours
Blog- ½ hour

  • ·       Friday dinner plans: outside or transform clocktower lounge, need a budget, number of attendees
  • ·       EK can’t do presentations at the beginning of class
  • ·       Mel should be presenting next week not this week per Shannon’s email
  • ·       Mel is meeting with Rika tomorrow about After Indiegogo Survey
  • ·       We need to discuss if someone else with a lite load in the class can pick up the bake sale
